From Coaching to Connection

From 2008 to 2017, DRIVEN Coaching (our parent company) observed a significant need across all the businesses we worked with. Our clients were exceptional at their jobs but struggled to stay connected with their customers. As a result, they were losing clients to competitors simply because they weren’t maintaining meaningful relationships with their databases.

In response, we launched DRIVEN Marketing in 2017. In 2020, we rebranded as DRIVEN Relationships. We realized that when people hear "marketing," they think of many things, but we wanted to focus on what truly matters: building Strong, Loyal RELATIONSHIPS!

Kelly Bohm, originally from in Indiana, has been in marketing roles since '03. After graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University, she started her first role in marketing for a high-end dental office in Syracuse, NY. Kelly has worked with non-profits, large & small businesses and school groups to raise money, build relationships & lead teams. She lives by: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Kevin Barela is one of the top loan officers in Arizona and has extensive experience building his own mortgage business from the ground up.

Once he figured out how to automate his marketing and remove himself from the day to day mortgage headaches, Kevin joined DRIVEN Relationships to help others do the same thing.

Jon Bohm

Jon Bohm is a sought after Personal and Performance Coach, Business Coach, National Speaker, and Trainer. He is currently CEO and President of DRIVEN Associates.
After surviving cancer in his 20’s, Jon realized that life is too short not to wake up and enjoy life everyday.

Jon realized how much potential to make a positive impact on the lives of his family and others almost died with him. He challenges his clients and audiences to take full advantage of this one chance at life we have.
